Domain Cigars Becomes a Distributor for Its Own Factory

Domain Cigars has launched Domain Distribution, a U.S. wholesale operation based in Kansas City that will represent brands made at Tabacalera Familia Disla in Esteli, Nicaragua. The service covers merchant-of-record duties, wholesale ordering, sales, fulfillment, and retailer support, and it is open to any brand manufactured through the Disla factory, not just Domain's own portfolio. The first outside brand to sign on is Los Amigos Cigars, a South African company making its U.S. debut with four blends from its Small Batch 2025 Collection. For a boutique factory, controlling distribution protects margins and relationships; the risk is that running other companies' logistics becomes a distraction from making cigars.
