Saka Builds a Cigar Americans Can't Buy

Steve Saka used his InterTabac stage to introduce Overseas No. 2, the second release in Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust's international-only line, a project created largely to simplify non-US releases amid differing regulations. Where Overseas No. 1 was deliberately medium-bodied, No. 2 swings the other way: potent and peppery with dried fig and cayenne in the profile. Alongside it, Sobremesa Brulee is going international as well. The teaser from last week filled in construction details; this week Saka framed the intent, a clear contrast deliberately built so the two releases read as opposites. For US smokers this is FOMO by design, an entire parallel catalog that exists because the American regulatory maze made it easier to blend for everywhere else.
