General Hides a New Hoyo Inside a Sampler

General Cigar has a new Hoyo de Monterrey coming, but instead of a press release and a launch event, it is sneaking the cigar out inside a sampler. The New Legends pack bundles four toros: one each from the recently reworked Hoyo Rojo, Oscuro, and Shade core lines, plus the previously unseen Le Hoyo, all tucked into pre-humidified pouches. The play is smarter than it looks. Hoyo's core blends were overhauled in stages over the past two years, and plenty of regulars have not bothered to revisit them; a sampler forces a side-by-side taste of where the marque actually stands now, with the mystery cigar as the hook. Le Hoyo itself remains officially undetailed, which guarantees the forums will do the marketing for free once the packs hit counters.
