Steve Saka and Cigar Dojo Tee Up a Mystery Cigar for Cigartopia

Steve Saka's best blends tend to begin as orphan tobacco, and his next project follows the pattern. Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust is teaming with Cigar Dojo on Shokai Bushido, a cigar whose name loosely translates as an introduction to the way of the warrior. The collaboration grew out of a casual Tampa visit about two years ago, when Saka mentioned leaf he wanted to use but had no project for. The cigar will debut November 14 at Cigartopia, the multi-vendor event run by Cigars Daily, where it will be exclusive to attendees; anything unsold afterward moves to the Cigars Daily webstore. Blend, size, price, and production numbers are all still under wraps, which in Saka's case usually means the details are worth waiting for. Event-first drops have become his signature move, and this one gives Cigartopia a genuine draw.
